The purpose of our site is to provide information that we believe will be of interest to our members, as well as all Table Tennis players and their families.
North Shore Table Tennis Club & Society COVID-19 Safety Plan
All Players, regardless of age, must wear masks upon entering the club, and whenever not playing or engaged in warm-up/cool- down activity.
A Vaccine Passport is now required to enter the club.
In addition to the foregoing, the following safety protocols continue in effect for the club, and will also be strictly enforced:
Only players who have signed waiver forms (available at http://nsttc.ca/become-a-society-member/ are allowed in the club.
This link is strictly informational but mandatory for those who are new, includes the waiver, must be signed online and serves for contact tracing purposes for everyone entering our club and must be done prior to coming to our club. We are not offering paper registrations at this time, they are only online during this pandemic. After you register, you will NOT need to pay for membership, but If you want to become a member we will send you an online invoice for the membership fee (which is $50 for non-voting) prior coming to the club.
Benefits of becoming NSTTS member. Member vs non member fees:1hr of play $6 vs $10, 2hrs of play $10, vs $15 3hrs of play only for members. Members also can get free racket and ball rental.
Players must pre-book and have confirmed time slot before coming to the club. No changing of clothing is allowed in the facility. Contact information for all individuals entering the facility shall be maintained.
No construction clothing or boots are allowed in the club, only athletic footwear allowed. Bring your own water filled water bottle. Keep your valuables and gym bag under your table, no storing in other parts of the club.
Players who are fully vaccinated, and have an approved doubles booking, may play doubles.
- These safety Protocols shall be posted in the club, and replace all those previously posted.
*No shaking hands before or after play. Suggested alternates are 1) a verbal thank you, 2) nodding of the head, or 3) raising a hand in acknowledgement
*Cover your coughs/sneezes with elbow or a tissue and have/purchase gloves and face mask
